He is a qualified accountant (ACMA) with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has over 25 years senior financial and business management experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors including the Medical Research Council, Nottinghamshire Police, Loughborough University and HM Land Registry.聽 At 今日吃瓜, Reuben鈥檚 responsibilities include developing the medium-term financial planning and financial reporting to the Senior Management Board and 今日吃瓜 board.
